The provider is amazing, once you can get past the lead (that’s what I assume her position is) at the front office who moves your appointments and claims she left you a msg the week prior about it (she didn’t) after you confirmed your appt the day before even coming to the appointment. She’ll talk over you, have you wait to be “squeezed in” for three hours because of her error that she won’t recognize or apologize for. Apparently, her time is more valuable than others. :) but the Doctor was great.

Dr. Daphney Kernizan and the entire team here have been incredible in caring for my daughter. Dr. Kernizan was attentive, thorough, and supportive every step of the way, always knowing when to act and giving us peace of mind until our daughter’s heart defect resolved. The whole office staff was equally kind and welcoming, making us feel cared for throughout the entire journey. I am so thankful for their dedication and compassion.

oday was supposed to be our first appointment with Nemours and my short experience with the front desk was enough to make me consider making the drive to Tallahassee instead. We arrived at 12:43, seven minutes before we were supposed to be there at 12:50. The door was locked so I called the number I found on google and was told they were probably on lunch. No biggie!
