Quick in getting us in, testing and diagnosing Provider very helpful in going over treatment and answering questions. So lucky to have them so nearby.
Very nice welcoming staff. I also like that they gave my teenager a chance to speak in private just in case there was anything he wanted to speak about that was more sensitive
No wait time, treated with love, and kindness, very clean!!! I will simply say this. I have felt so lost and alone in getting my daughter the help that she needs. I have felt unheard, and I have felt she has been un cared for, receiving substandard care until walking into this Facility. I have been desperate for somebody to just come alongside me and help me figure this out and get through it. The only reason why I would give this facility a one star is because of the providers. The most disgusting and rudest support staff I’ve ever met in my entire life. From the moment you’re walking in the front door the staff is rude until you get called back until to see the provider. Do not make an appointment in the morning! It is walk-in from 8 AM to 9 AM. We had an 8:15 AM appointment for a physical. We were told to be there by 8 AM. By 8:45 AM all the walk-ins were still being called before us. When I made a comment to t... read more
