Went to the Dealership from 2hrs away after talking to Nemir. He assured me that the Black 2014 Jeep Cherokee was in good condition and wouldn't make me waste my time driving 2hrs there. It needs a blend arm actuator as it barely has heat in two vents and the other two vents blow Cold air. The dash board has to be dropped to fix this problem. Very $$$. Check engine light came on. This dealership no good he laying everyone customers so be careful don’t buy car specially this dealership
I got a car from them asked them if there was any problems with the car I was told no. So I get the car and the next day check engine light is on. There was an emissions problem then I find out the a/c doesn’t work right it blows hot on one side and cold on the other. Then a week later the battery in the car died. Then after that my alternator is bad and is now killing the new battery and then I went to get it fixed and found out there was oil leaking from the engine and on top of that there is a hole in the engine exhaust. ... read more
horrible service I called then went there onlyvto find the guy just sitting at the desk with food all over his face and payed no attention to me when it comes to the car is dirty I mean dirty still has food all over needs the power steering pump replaced and need body work but other than that the car is fine just needs maintenance
Good people held the car for me and everything will be back
