I have only great things to say about Dr Nemetz and her office. The waiting room is set up perfect to keep the kids entertained while waiting; with games, books and t.v. Although the wait isnt very long, sometimes the kids complain they didnt get to play the games long enough. The staff is always very friendly and smiling when they call the kids back. The kids love going to her office because while they get their teeth cleaned, they get to watch the t.v.s that are in the ceiling and pick out the flavors of toothpaste and flu... read more
AMAZING DENTIST AND WOULD TRAVEL HOURS FOR HER TO SEE MY KIDS - GREAT OFFICE STAFF TOO
wow it is a shame that these people have these bad things to say about this business..first of all i would just like to let people know my situation. i have a 4 year old little girl who has already had previous dental trauma at another dentist. i have took her to 6 diffrent pedo dentist..and none of them were able to even get x rays..the staff at dr nemetz was so nice and one on one with my little girl that we were able to get not only all her xrays taken and also a entire cleaning with not one wimper from my child..they got... read more
Just moved to Jacksonville and Dr. Nemetz came highly recommended. Went for a basic check-up and sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes. After complaining to the receptionist, my son went back within 5 minutes. Then sat in the waiting room for over 1 hr. Dr. Nemetz met with me to say my son had a cavity, needed sealants, and an orthodontist consult. Funny how my prior dentist that we loved didnt suggest any of these extra services. Totally love this dentist! Never have any unfriendly staff, but everyone can have a bad day, I guess .... My issue is that the kids want to go back all the time. My youngest asked to have a cavity so he could see the "deniss". She shows the parents exactly what is going on while still keeping the children encouraged.
Dentist is friendly but some staff are not nice. I dont feel comfortable bringing my children again. Not a very welcoming environment.
Very good childrens dentist. She was friendly and did well with my 18-month old. The staff was great too. Nice office.
This dentist is absolutely the best! She along with her staff are absolute professionals. They immediately alleviated my daughters fears and are just great with kids!
Great Dentist!!! Wonderful with kids. She has a great staff as well. They always treated my children with kindness and respect. They have a great way of keeping the children occupied while they are treating them. What could be a very traumatic event for a child, is made fun by them. i would recommend to anyone....Thanks for the great care!!!
