I really couldn't recommend this gym enough. As someone’s who has had the privilege of training in countless gyms, this one takes the cake. The staff go above and beyond in every way imaginable. They have done an incredible job at making the space welcoming and feel like a second home. Fighting the urge to gate keep, i really would recommend this gym to everyone 100%
Nemesis is the best atmosphere, everyone is very supportive and encouraging. One of the best gyms i have been apart of. The owners go above and beyond to help everyone succeed with their goals 💪😀.
Easily one of the best coaches I've had, they’re friendly and willing to help no matter the amount of questions you are asking. The gym is really good all the equipment you could use for powerlifting. everyone there is friendly and easy to gym with. The best powerlifting gym to go to.

Nat and Alfie are great! Nat has currently coached me for about 8-10 weeks and I have lost fat and gained muscle and I just competed at my first novice comp. Placing 11th out of about 45 women. The gym is awesome, with all the right equipment. Training and nutrition is always on point!
