Excellent gym with the best equipment, and even better people. From beginners wanting to start strength training, to experienced powerlifters, this gym has all you need to accomplish your goals.
Amazing gym atmosphere and a very welcoming community!
More than just a gym! Wonderful community of like-minded people, vibes are always on. Everyone hypes each other up when you're struggling, honestly the nicest most genuinely lovely people. Alfie and Nat have created the BEST space to train and get strong as heck. They are always there if you need help or advice or just a general good yap. Couldn't recommend it enough! If you're thinking about visiting it just do it, you'll be hooked!
The best gym and coaching! Really enjoy the equipment & space at Nemesis. I also love how it is all in 1 with Gym, powerlifting coaching & nutrition (1 stop shop). The whole team are always happy to help if I have any questions. My technique and body comp has improved dramatically since joining Nemesis. Highly recommend
I have been with Nemesis for about 5 months now and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Alfie has been such an incredible and supportive Coach! He has so much knowledge and is always going above and beyond for me. He’s also good to just have a laugh with! Nat has been incredible as well, such a great and knowledgeable Nutritionist/coach to also be on my team!
