Paul is absolutely terrific
Life long client for our home insurance. When we needed them we got no customer service. Only a run around. Gave them several oportunities to correct and they didn't. They notified us we needed a new roof. Gave us no proof of inspection when we didn't need a new roof. Turned this complaint into the Ohio Department of Insurance. Only then did they offer to not cancel their policy but at an increased price and reduced roof coverage. We went to another company.
