Had the best customer service care with DR Frank Nemec and all the attendants during my endoscopy/colonoscopy. They had me ready for the procedure in a matter of minutes and out the door in less than two hours. In all my years with medical offices in LV this was by far THE BEST! Thank you Jenny, Cecie and Mary for the care of your patients and positive attitudes is simply outstanding!!!
Horrible doctor. Refuses to listen. Just a dictator. In the 2 years under his care, I am so much worse. Recent meds caused terrible side effects and he wouldn't take me off of them. He threatened to drop me as a patient if I discontinued the meds. Ok. I'm done.
Excellent and amazing doctor best gastroenterologist. Discussed everything in detail and very trustworthy with how he explained everything. I am so happy I found him again and will make an appointment for my next colonoscopy soon. Shawn is wonderful and very accommodating and respectful. ❤️
I’ve seen Dr Nemec twice he is excellent I have ZERO issues with him and his office staff upstairs they are AMAZING the issue is with the staff at the procedure center Megan the nurse is totally clueless how to put an ivy when she was trying to find my vain I was screaming in pain and instead of taking it out she just shoved it in I repeated myself several times that it hurts but she cared less. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Nemec for the past 13 years and he has been nothing but wonderful. Detailed in the explanations and proactive about the treatment. I don’t know what I would’ve done without him.
