I recently bought a condo unit in Golf View Estates. I asked for someone to come and look at my floor after flooring was removed. Apparently there was a water leak problem and there was mold under the old flooring. I called the management company on Monday to come look at the floor AND I finally received a call 2 WEEKS later. In my opinion...do not use this company. The "property manager" never ever answers-or calls back to owners. He picks & chooses who he wants to speak to apparently. They must hire company friendly contractors because the one we have doing shoddy black top work right now was working w/o a permit and the city shut him down and they were not even registered w/our city!!! the owner doesn't return calls, fix what is broke allows contractors to do ceappy work. we pay high association fees.
They charged $200 for a paid assessment letter. Other HOAs I have dealt with charge $50. This is robbery. Lady I spoke to was rude.
I have been working with this company for years. Always return my calls promptly and professionally. Staff has been courteous and kind. I recommend highly.
Horrible. My mom is 75 years old and can’t shovel. The sidewalks are up to my knees with snow. I would think 12 hours after a storm they would be out to do the driveway and sidewalks...Ripping off Seniors...
