This is the most incompetent, worthless, mean group of people you will ever meet. They have no idea how to manage their own office let alone someone else's property. They seemingly all work from home and care nothing about their clients. They get things wrong at every turn. They know nothing about managing property or people or contractors. Worst management company ever. Snow plow company they hired to remove snow at my condo complex, totally covered up all the parking spaces. Yet I got a warning for having my husband use his company plow truck to clean up the area. Mound of snow will be there till summer till it melts.
Hate this management company. HOA is the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my life. There’s a list of reasons, office people are ignorant on the phone, they take our money and make up things they did with it. And currently they told us we were finally after 15 years getting road re-paved and that it would take three days well it’s day 12 and just informed it would be 14 days total before we can access our homes w vehicle. They have an extremely racist employee, Laura is her name, until this company does something about her I wouldn’t give them any of my business. Ever.
Absolutely thee worst company to deal with. Do not use them for your association, you will be sorry. They are extremely unprofessional and enjoy wrongfully taking money from others. Read the reviews, I wish more could be done against them. Crooks!
