Nemanich has the least amount of respect for the people who fund their paycheck! You should really visit your customers.
This is the most incompetent, worthless, mean group of people you will ever meet. They have no idea how to manage their own office let alone someone else's property. They seemingly all work from home and care nothing about their clients. They get things wrong at every turn. They know nothing about managing property or people or contractors. Worst management company ever. Snow plow company they hired to remove snow at my condo complex, totally covered up all the parking spaces. Yet I got a warning for having my husband use his company plow truck to clean up the area. Mound of snow will be there till summer till it melts.
I have been working with this company for years. Always return my calls promptly and professionally. Staff has been courteous and kind. I recommend highly.
