Nemak is extremely hard to get a call back. We are trying to stop a pension because of a death. No person ever answers the phone and you can't get a person to call you back if you leave a message.
Absolutely horrible people to work for and do business with.. sure it might be great for a short period of time. But the long run is short of promising. They lack integrity and detail. I would not want my parts to come from the hands of these people. This is definitely a high risk company all around..
I wholeheartedly disagree with this "John Smith" fellow - if that is, indeed, his real name. Mr. Pucheta exemplifies the Nemak Core Values!
Worst experience ever! I spoke with the most unprofessional, sarcastic, and inconsiderate employee I have ever dealt with. If I remember correctly, Max Pucheta, I will never do business with Nemak again. I do not recommend for medium businesses.
