I've had such bad luck with contractors lately that I was basically expecting a headache when I called about residential roofing in Santa Barbara. Honestly, I thought Thomas was going to tell me the whole thing needed to be replaced, but he actually showed me photos of the minor damage and explained why a simple fix was all I needed. It is refreshing to meet someone in this industry who prioritizes honesty over a massive payday. He fixed the loose shingles and cleaned up every bit of debris before he took off.

We contacted 5 roofing companies for quotes and Nema Roofing responded immediately with a proposal including Thomas pictures of our roof. They then came out to inspect the roof and walk me through the scope of work including the type and benefits of the shingles they prefer to use. I did a bit of research and the shingles were rated top of the line. Their pricing for the work was very reasonable compared to the other quotes and Doug was very responsive and easy to contact. Andy is so professional I called him to come look at another roofers job that did a horrible job, he came by (he's one of the three companies we called for a quote) and my husband who is a contractor loved him the most... from the start he is honest, and even praised the other companies that came out for a quote and said really positive things about them.
