UPDATE::: First meeting was the best. after that Doctors go home or wherever way before 5pm (closing time) and they give you the run around!! you can’t get a hold of anyone besides the front desk that could not answer any questions that I have besides transferring calls knowing all doctors have all gone for the day smdh!!! So much have changed since Dr. Ramos left. He made sure all his patients were taken care of and was always available to answer questions.
Staff was excellent from front desk, to the MA’s and to the new Dr. Pilar (Ramos is no longer with them) was very polite and the pt. care here is excellent. Don’t get me started on Amin (front desk) she deserves to be recognized because she goes above and beyond for the patient. thank you to this amazing staff. Cleanliness 💯 Pt. Care 💯 Customer Service 💯
Doctor Ramos is great doctor. He cares about his patients and always let's me discuss all my health concerns. Front desk is very nice and friendly. Wait time is little bit long, but in Vegas is very hard to find a good doctor, so I'm okay to wait and will continue see this great physician.
There are clearly haters on this page. My first day here, walk-in patient and the staff here have been nothing but fabulous and accommodating. right off the gate, they helped me out and the service was good. i am a walk in patient and I didnt have to wait 2 hours to be seen. Dr Ramos, the front office staff, medical assistants were all so nice and generous. i recommend this NEM over any other office. a++++ 5 star rating here.
