If you're low income , it's really easy to get an apartment. The application waiting list is almost always just a short season. The management are in on Tuesdays and Thursdays and are always extra friendly and helpful. I lived there for a year .... and loved the architecture .... It's so cool that the apartment building actually used to be a high school !!!! 👍👍👍👍
