First time customer of Nelson's and, based on my experience, I plan on being a long-time customer. I explained to Patrick (the owner) what I thought was wrong with my van. He confirmed and quoted me (what I thought was) a reasonable estimate for repairs. Patrick was flexible in scheduling the work and the repairs were completed on time and on budget. A great first experience!
You can always depend on Nelson's to get the job done right. Pat has a great memory with all my families vehicles. Nelson's has been in business since 1935. Longer than anyone else in Naperville. That tells you how great they are and why we keep coming back. From a simple repair to a more detailed repair, I know I can trust them. I wouldn't take my vehicles any where else.
