First time customer of Nelson's and, based on my experience, I plan on being a long-time customer. I explained to Patrick (the owner) what I thought was wrong with my van. He confirmed and quoted me (what I thought was) a reasonable estimate for repairs. Patrick was flexible in scheduling the work and the repairs were completed on time and on budget. A great first experience!
You can always depend on Nelson's to get the job done right. Pat has a great memory with all my families vehicles. Nelson's has been in business since 1935. Longer than anyone else in Naperville.
