I have been attending this medical centre for a long time, about 17 years. I hate to say this, but the receptionist at the medical centre is so unfriendly, unsympathetic not to mention the arrogance. When dealing with sickly ill people, she should be understanding, have empathy in her voice and try and assist as much as possible. My family and I have been seeing Dr Hakimi for over 20 years now yes the Reception 10/10 very very paitent and Professional and Dr Hakimi she's the Best always beautifully dressed and soo caring I can talk with her just about anything there's never been a time when I've called to make an appointment no worries I'm booked to see my Doctor Hakimi and Sophie and Aubrey thank you sooo much for your service much appreciated Have a great day Zilla Wilson
