If only I had before photos to share how incredible of a transformation this is. On top of the quality, it felt good doing business with someone local, who is extra positive and kind, and just made it a seamless process. Would highly recommend!
Had some hidden fees. Didn’t know there would be extra $20 charge for pet hair. I was gong to tip them $20 cash when I was paying for my vehicle. That went back in my pocket. I don’t mind paying for a service up charge but it was never disclosed or call made to me while they were detailing it. Sounds like a bad business practice. Also, if you’re going to get the pet hair out and charge a fee, I shouldn’t see one pet hair left over. Heading to Detail Donkey next time.

One of my kids spilled milk in our car, and we had done everything we could to get it out. I called Nelson's and was able to get in quickly. They did an incredible job, stuck to the quoted price, and took care of things that I had not even noticed. I would highly recommend them and look forward to using them again!
