Awesome service! You will be pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service from the return call to the end of your appointment. I had a horrible time figuring out what was wrong and Nelson's HVAC, LLC came over and they knew what to look for and where to go and low and behold our issue was fixed. Great customer service with a highly experienced professional is something that is hard to find here in Falls Church, VA but Nelson's HVAC, LLC has it all.

Thanks! I am convinced that this is one of the best air conditioning company in the area. The conditioner in my house got broke in the middle of the summer and I needed it fixed right away which was no problem for these guys.
The best! Extremely knowledgeable. Came out within an hour of my call, and quickly identified the problem to be a result of another heat and air company`s mistake. Advised me to require them to fix it and refused to charge me for the visit because he didn`t do the work. Do yourself a favor and call.
Amazing Service! No Games, Gimmicks or Ridiculous Fees the owner of Nelson's HVAC, LLC was Honest and Confident in his work . He repaired the Unit in a timely manner and gave me some new air filters and some tips on how to optimize my HVAC use and possibly save some money on power bills and costly repairs in future. etc.. In the end I am glad that I recommend them to all my friends and family.
Great Company! I called for a second opinion after I was told I needed a new a/c unit for $6000. Nelson's HVAC, LLC came out and gave me a free second opinion. They looked at my unit and explained I only needed to replace condensor fan motor. My unit is only 6 years old and is in great working condition except for the condensor fan motor. It took the technicians less than 30 minutes to change the motor and I definitely saved lots of money!!! Those big companies out there only want to sell you a new unit for big profit.
