My technician is Jeff today on November 3rd Monday. He is knowledgeable to address my cooling system issues. He comes on time, pleasant, patient to explain the problems with my cooling system. The weather temperature started cooler and he worked very hard to have resolved the issues. My cooling and heating system now is running smoothly and cleanly. I have the trust for the quality work Nelson technicians do each time they are here. They do the honest work and very reasonable price.

Prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable. They installed the heat pump in 2014 and it's running like a champ due to their annual maintenance. Got hit with sticker shock today for annual tune-up however, when price went from $90 to $150???? No notice or anything. Not good.

Semi annual system check up. Finished up diligently and installed air filters at all the air returns. Great service as I have come to expect from Nelsons. Great peace of mind to know the HVAC systems are in good order for the coming season!

We have an annual Service Agreement with Nelson's Heating and Cooling which offers more than Service Agreements we have had with other companies in the past. Additionally, we have had several different technicians assigned to service both our HVAC system and water heater; all the technicians have been great. Will was here on October 22, 2025 to service the HVAC system for the winter and he did an outstanding job! And he took time to answer several questions that we had.
