We ordered bouquet for our daughter birthday online because we are in Toronto. The order included the bouquet, delivery, and a balloon. So, the florist phoned to my daughter asking to pick up the flower (the delivery was paid) and it was no balloon attached. It was not what we paid for.
Customer service was top notch and my arrangement was beautful!
