We used Nelson's cabinets for our house renovation/addition. Angela was wonderful to work with. She helped me mix and match countertops with cabinets that would work well with our pine walls. She even went above and beyond when the truck carrying one of our countertops was involved in a rollover crash and it was destroyed. It was unfortunately discontinued; Angela spent time calling the company and various warehouses to find a slab for us. She found a slab that wasn't the right depth but made it work. They were going to build two drawers we needed for our kitchen - a small job obviously, but they even sent Matt out to measure for the quote. Never heard from them again. I called multiple times and was told someone would call back. I finally called and reached someone - told them that as a business they should at least call and tell me they don’t want my business and stop wasting everyone’s time. Terrible service and terrible customer service. Have had nothing but issues with product purchased from this company. On going issues. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone wanting a decent product or service after the sale.

Do not recommend. My husband and I bought a new home in which Nelson’s Cabinets Solutions were contracted to install cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen. In April I placed a call to ask for a quote to have roll out cabinet shelves installed; I never received a quote. I called again in May after we moved in and asked again for a quote for the shelves and to report problems with the cabinets. (Missing knobs, two of the three lazy susans did not turn properly, shelf pegs were missing, and some cabinets had scratches.) They ca... read more
