Terry and the guys at Nelson's are amazing, as a woman they make you feel comfortable and tell you exactly what's wrong and they get it fixed and back to you in a timely manner, my main seal blew on my truck and I had it back in less than 24 hours, Terry is a amazing guy who makes sure the job gets done and gets done right, you have car problems go see Terry
Had a great experience at Nelson's! I had a bad experience with another local shop that left my lug nuts loose after rotating my tires. Even after I went back and had them check it, I wanted a second opinion. Terry and the team at Nelson's took a look same day and really helped me out!
I brought my Subaru here to get a diagnosis and they were just great. I really appreciated the patience and kindness of the shop staff. Seriously, after finding out I need a new transmission they didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis. I’m a doc student and have 0 extra dollars to my name, made my situation a little brighter. Will definitely bring my car back to get the work done.
