PSA Tim doesn’t work here anymore, and they were weird about it when my husband asked why. I’ve been going here for 8 years, but they somehow had no record of my car on this most recent visit (every prior visit with Tim, they’d already had all my info pulled up and I just had to drop the keys). Also, they charge for diagnostics now, which they (or at least Tim) didn’t used to do. I highly recommend Nelson's for your automotive repair and maintenance needs! Terry really took care of us way beyond the call of duty as we searched for a used car. He really went the extra mile for us! We have been bringing vehicles here for several years now since our daughter has lived in Minneapolis and they have always treated us fairly and honestly! Affordable auto repair service
I love Nelsons on Hennepin and will continue to trust them with maintenance on my 8 year old car. I've had 3 visits with them so far and each time I've had a positive experience based on: 1) Great customer service 2) They don't upsell me on extra parts/labor 3) They do solid work and do it quickly Not only that, but they are open about sharing professional opinions, and put me at ease without being judgemental.
This auto body shop goes above and beyond. Terry is extremely nice and friendly. I appreciate the honest quotes and calm cool atmosphere. I feel like family here. Thank you Nelson Auto!
