Had a great experience at Nelson's! I had a bad experience with another local shop that left my lug nuts loose after rotating my tires. Even after I went back and had them check it, I wanted a second opinion. Terry and the team at Nelson's took a look same day and really helped me out!
I brought my Subaru here to get a diagnosis and they were just great. I really appreciated the patience and kindness of the shop staff. Seriously, after finding out I need a new transmission they didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis. I’m a doc student and have 0 extra dollars to my name, made my situation a little brighter. Will definitely bring my car back to get the work done.

Best auto repair shop ever. They offer services at a very reasonable price, are honest with their work, do their work with great care, and highly value their customers. Terry was so kind and helpful as we figured out what's up with my car. Won't take my car to any other auto repair shop in the Twin Cities - these folks are it! Highly recommend!!!
I'll be fully honest, I'm extremely skeptical of getting anything done at a mechanic. I've been ripped off too many times, being told to do extra things that I know I don't need to focus on for quite a while, where I don't tend to have much cash to spare.
