One star, because the support staff are so lovely and kind and the waiting area is very comfortable. Of course it might be more comfortable if the dentist in question didn't exploit the pain of his patients in order to pad his pockets. If money is so tight you have to charge $50/min, in which no treatment actually occurs, then maybe a slightly less comfortable couch is called for. Don't bother talking to him about it.
