Spent a year with low back pain and Dr. Raitt continued to look only prescribe medication and not conduct further testing. I ultimately had to find a new PCP and it turned out I had a significant back issue which requires more invasive treatment. During that year Dr. Raitt did not ince try to provide patient centered care and actually listen to me. If all you want is a Rx he's the guy, if you want true care you should go somewhere else.
My last visit was remote. Dr. Raitt had a great sense of humor. He wore a Santa’s hat. I am his patient for many years. Dr. Raitt is excellent. He listens to his patients and dies the math. I would highly recommend Dr. Raitt to my family, friends and team.
Very good doctor but a weird person. Previously he never talked to the patient just kept on typing just about all the time during the visit. Patient hardly had any time to explain what the problem was she or he came in for a visit. Now it is approved he has an assistant who does the typing and he finally talks to the patient. Diagnostic capabilities and knowledge is excellent. It is very difficult to get an appointment with him within a reasonable time frame.
Dr. Raitt is great! We've gone to him for a lot of years and he's a very caring and thoroughly professional doctor.
I was nervous about seeing a new dr for the first time but, he was really easygoing and knowledgeable.
