Terrible fit and finish on a switch n go installation. Horrible communication from Aj and Ben. Nelson Truck Equipment acknowledged the install looked terrible. Made an appointment to fix it. Held the truck 3 days then wanted us to pay to fix it. All their positive reviews are fake.
We honestly had extremely poor communication with this company. We saw the good reviews and were going to use this company but it was just horrible working with their sales team. We wanted two boxes for our Flat Bed truck. After calling and speaking to AJ and requesting a price we never heard back for a whole Two Weeks. So I called them back up on December the 30th to figure out what happened. AJ apparently forgot about us and after about two minutes finally got us a price that took two weeks.
