They ruin trees on people's property and don't care whatsoever. They're told to contact the homeowners before starting work, but promptly ignore that and do what they want to. They destroyed all but one tree in my parents' back yard -- trees they have had for decades -- and only didn't destroy the final one because my parents noticed and stopped them. Absolutely butchered trees (thanks to the city). The fact their only reviews are 1 star speaks volumes.
Completely ruined the tree we had out front when they came through to “trim” for PSEG. Reached out to company prior, no call back, reached out after no call back. We are left with a totally unrecognizable shell of a previously beautiful shade tree.
Absolute garbage individuals. They removed our string lights in our community and stole them—the member of our community paid for those lights and put them up. We have video surveillance of the company’s truck/a contractor removing the lights. We are moving forward with class action lawsuit. Went into people's back yards and cut down their trees without the owners consent or knowledge. Then basically told them oh well. Horrible company.
