This company cuts trees for Indiana utility companies. Workers for this company got my mom to sign papers to remove trees planted by my recently deceased father. Mom was "taken advantage of" and manipulated. She has advanced dementia and had no legal power to consent. When my sister called to complain, she was told they were "doing us a favor" by paying us to destroy our property. They came to our property to trim the electric co right of way. Instead they took out trees that were not in the right of way. They overcut it by 20 ft on one end! They are refusing to pay for the damage to our property.

Then the next guy said he would only take which next to the right away, but never talk to the man and was not a foreman and they took two of the eight trees on two of them. They have very little care for private property. My car has to be parked in the front yard currently and it also sits under a tree, a tree in which they had to trim. Not even a word from the workers BOTH DAYS. They were called in by the local power company, not by my personal choice. If I had a choice, it would have positively not been them because based on their Google review history, I am not alone in their lack of care for personal private property.
They have blocke my road right of way several times over several months,. When asked to move they claim they are waiti g for a superviser then sit in the truck for over and hour. No super shows up. they are asked to kive again(this time less politely) and they get a little snippy. So I ask for the boss's number amd then they drive away. Huh go figure

I have had the displeasure of having Nelson's Tree Service, Inc. cut trees at residences where I've lived four times now over the years and each experience was terrible. They consistently leave large logs and debris in the yard and have even damaged my fence and not only refused to repair it but actually called me a liar and denied responsibility for the damage despite my neighbor witnessing it.
