DO NOT rent from these people, specifically Andy Kranz. We lived in a tiny converted garage that had sewage seeping in from an illegal makeshift pipe system Andy himself had done. We waited three months for our heat to be fixed, our fence was falling down, the shower and toilet repeatedly flooded, there were exposed wires EVERYWHERE, the back door was broken and never replaced.
