I was stuck in the entrance to Mitchell State Park, in Cadillac Michigan on a Sunday afternoon. Mel was able to diagnose the problem and have my vehicle running, a class A diesel motorhome, in less than an hour. I ordered the part we needed, and he came back to the campground to install it a few days later. Mel was quick to diagnose the problem, explained the solution clearly, and get us back on the road quickly. I HIGHLY recommend Mel.
One of my delivery trucks broke down in Cadillac.. I called here and there service was top notch. Prompt service and the truck was back on the road in no time. Thank you
I work for the UBox program for U-Haul, and as I was in Cadillac my air bag mount concaved from corrosion. Mel came right out and checked it out and got everything fixed within a few short hours. I’m so grateful for him getting me back on the road! Very cool guy too!! 10/10
