We contacted Nelson Roofing in the late spring to inquire about replacing our roof. They sent an estimator out and soon we had a quote for 30+ year asphalt, new vents, skylight flashing and agreed on a time frame for the work.The crew arrived early and was working by 7:30 am. Despite having extra work to replace some sheeting everything was easily completed by days end. They were organized and courteous, worked fast and did a good job cleaning up after. Essentially charged my mom to go up onto roof with no tools or any equipment and do nothing, then said the job was done, yet less than a year later it is leaking in the exact same spot. Got another roofer and in 1 hour they fixed all three issues for half the price.
