We looked at our place in the dead of winter with heavy snow and way below zero. Chad made the time to meet with us on a last minute notice shoveled the walk to the door and helped us with finding a contractor. He’s very knowledgeable about all things construction, sewer n septic etc. Chad really went about n beyond for us.
KPR has a great team that truly puts the customer first. Chad offered practical advice when we were home shopping and went way out of his way to help us find the right home for our family. Brandica was always on top of the ball when we had administrative questions. We couldn't have had a better team to work with.
Just worked with Chad on a land purchase and he is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and very responsive. My son also purchased his first home through Chad and he helped the process to go very smoothly. I would highly recommend the Nelson Team for your real estate needs!
