Do not waste your money. My family member got photo red light violation, and we received court letter pay $496 fee or go to court. After Nelson Boylan went to court, I was paying $548 court fee plus attorney fees. All i can say is.. this person will take your money,, but won't defend your case. All he helped me, to pay more $$ to the court. No phone pick up after I called. All I can say is… this person will take your money,, but won’t defend your case.
An absolute waste of your money. Atty Boylan missed my court date the first time, he said he would reschedule but that didn't happe. He never communicated properly. Complete and utter lack of professionalism. He's irresponsible and disorganized. I've reported him to the California State Bar and it sounds like I'm not the only one who has done so.
