I am a new customer to Nelson Propane, after leaving another company I had used for over thirty years(due to their terrible customer service the last decade) So far, Nelson has done everything I've asked in the way of delivery set up and communication to let me know when they will arrive ( I have guard dogs onsite). They have been a pleasure to deal with, from the driver, to the dispatcher and to the manager!
