Below subpar services! Since this winter has started the plowing has been close to nonexistent. Considering they have been hired to plow this apartment complex, they have barely been here. Two big snow storms in a row now, showed up, pulled in, didn't even bother to plow! When they do decide it will be around 2am when there's hardly anything on the ground yet. Used Nelson Property Services for a couple years for plowing and mowing. With the recent snow storm, Nelson Property Services failed to plow. All my calls to their Office and Joe's cell phone went to voicemail. After three days, I have not heard back from anyone, and I have cancelled all services. Additional Feedback: It snowed Monday through Tuesday. I wrote my google review on Thursday.
