Worst business, does not respond to calls and does not respond 3rd party vendors request for service. I needed my pool equipment taken care of and could not get anyone to return my calls.
Wow! I'm very surprised to see another review referring to their driving. They should be very ashamed of speeding down a residential road passing a school. That is how children get killed. Happened today April 3rd 2023 in the Cordelia area of Fairfield.
We found Dave after our pool system busted a washer and started spraying water all over our backyard. We called our home warranty company for assistance but they were not able to locate an available technician, and our regular pool cleaning service company said they could not come out for several days. We frantically looked for someone who could help us that day and Dave came to the rescue! His technician was out to help us in less than 24 hours. Amazing customer service! Pool looks great, after the technicians left I called with a question and got a call back within a couple of hours, and, Dave went back to the pool to tweak a setting for the pool vacuum. Highly recommend them.
The son is a good person. The father is just looking for money and profit. First obstacle, they stopped. Had me pay half right away and a postpone check for the balance. Should have been a clue. Never will use them again
