I had the all on 4 procedure done at Dr Nelson’s office 2 years ago. It was an amazing experience and I am so happy to have my beautiful smile and functioning teeth. It was amazing to have it all done in one appointment as well. I would highly recommend this office for any type of implant surgery. They are the best!!!
Dr. Nelson and her staff are some of the nicest professionals we've had the pleasure of meeting. My husband has had two dental implants done by Dr. Nelson and has been amazed at the lack of pain during and after the surgery. Even though my husband is handicapped and can't walk, the staff were able to get him situated and comfortable for the procedures. The implant process was thoroughly explained to us and all our questions were answered. We highly recommend Dr. Nelson and Custom Periodontics and Implantology.

Wonderful office environment! The receptionist is friendly and helpful! Dr. Nelson and her assistants were kind and thorough and took the time to answer any and all questions that their patients have! Great experience and always recommend when I get the chance!
We have now seen Dr. Nelson twice. Once to do some fun grafting which ended up being a real blessing and helped me save my teeth. That work was excellent. More rewarding was when my daughter had to do similar gum grafting after orthodontics. Thanks to Dr. Nelson we are able to save her teeth as well. My daughter also had a hemangioma birthmark and when she hit puberty it grew to being the size of A silver dollar. She bit that site and doctors were fearful that it could possibly hemorrhage.
