I do NOT recommend doing business with Rich Nelson. I called him for a quote for a new fence and he came out the next day to give me a bid. He seemed very professional and his was the lowest bid. I called him a few days later to schedule a start date. I called him on the start date and he told me to call and have the utilities re-marked and he would be out in two days.
