Service Department; Scamming people of service that has already been done. clear evidence of a service scam! This is complaint is in no way aimed at the service Tech but at the service managers. they are the ones to order the work to be done. Highly recomend finding another Nissan dealer to complete your service. *******and *****

If every car dealership handled the car buying process like Nelson Nissan there would be a lot more cars sold. My salesman (or maybe I should say, advocate) was Armando. He was pleasant, professional and seemed only interested in me finding the "right car for me. Next time I'm in the market I'm starting with him.

By far my worst car buying experience. In the beginning everything looked promising. Then quickly went down hill. They are a "no haggling" dealership. They low balled my trade in value, but was able to talk them into adding $500 to it. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted but was told it would be in in the beginning of March. I live 45 minutes away and after submitting my application online I was asked to come in the next day and sign paperwork. Purchased 2022 Armada and the attention to detail in the hand off is horrible. Headliner is stained and covered in black fingerprints and waterstains. The Nelson logo on the car is tilted. Still waiting on ownership manuals. Regret tje purchase, shoukd have hone elsewhere. Overall dealership quality is horrible and of course they're too busy to take care of it.

The business ethics and practices at Nelson Nissan is the reason that Car Dealerships and car salesman fall right under narcissistic pathological liars on the food chain of trust. I bought a Corvette. The car had a defective headlight that they said they would fix. Please read very important Be carful selling your car to them I got a phone call from Nelson Nissan dealer from a sales man his name is Mathew asking me about buying my wife's car 2018 Buick Encore. I was very clear and firm with him over the phone that I am looking to sell this car for no less than $15,000 so if you are trying to buy it for less I'm not interested but he told me come over for him to look at it and hopefully we can match the price. Nelson Nissan may offer a three day return policy but we learned the hard way what that means. My wife "purchased" a car and was told she had seven days to return it. (Actually the policy is seven days to exchange it.) Realizing it was not the right car or deal she took the car back the very same day. James Dixon, sales manager, pressured her into taking the car home again refusing to honor the 3 day return policy. I drove from Arkansas to trade. Looked/drove the car in the rain, my bad for not checking every detail, but I would think they would be honest enough to advise you of features that do not work like all the power door locks/alarm system, CD player. Don't trust these people

On December 6th, 2013, i took my 09 nissan versa in for an alignment and was told by one of the service advisors that it will take an hour to hour and a half for them to get her done. So i agreed and waited on for an hour later, the service advisor who goes by Wayne came out told me i'll have to have new struts, strut bearings and possible new subframe in order for them to do the alignment.
