Bought my car from a dealer in Texas. Broke down in the middle of nowhere and had it towed to Nelson. They put me in a loaner vehicle while they figured out what was wrong. They were able to fix it fairly quickly and bill the other dealership for the costs. Never had to wait long inside as they just let me take a loaner home while they worked. Great experience.
My battery for my key fob died. I walked in and they replaced it immediately (and no charge!) and let me know how to start my car with a dead battery. Great service!
