10/10 recommend. I had an oil leak issue caused by an unnamed instant oil change shop. Nelson Mazda fixed everything and got my baby back in [safe] working conditions! I’ve learned my lesson and will only bring my car here for all future maintenance! Also for anyone concerned about pricing, my oil change was about the same price here as it was at the unnamed shop (roughly $5 difference). And even if it wasn’t, I’d rather pay for quality work than have another issue!
Horrible experience. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours to get a tire alignment and 50k service. No one told me that I had metal in my tire, and when I got home, I had a flat tire. I was told that I should have watched the second video texted to me. No communication, zero. Glad I didn't end up on the side of the road or in a ditch on my 40-minute drive home. Unbelievable. That word gets totally misused but in this case (and my particular situation was unique) true. Everything was handled quickly and the people with whom I dealt smiled and explained things. Not what I expected given the status of customer service today
