Customer service was excellent
Thanks to Chris Davis and Terri Basconi for their help in making my purchase at Nelson Ford a pleasant experience. I got a great car at a reasonable price, which made my 490 mile trip to Nelson Ford worth my effort. No games or hastle, just friendly courteous service from Chris and Terri.
We drove an hour and a half to look at a car at Nelson Mazda and we were not disappointed. We had an appointment and they were ready to serve us, even in the rain. Danny and Harry were great to work with. I came with lots of questions and they answered them all plus more. A special shout out to Scott as well. He was very knowledgeable about the MyMazda app and very helpful getting everything up and running before we left. Thanks Nelson Mazda for such an easy buying experience.
It was a tremendous pleasure getting my new car at Nelson/Ford. I had the deal almost completely negotiated over the phone with their sales Rep (Harry) before I drove from Roanoke. They gave me a very fair trade-in value for my vehicle and I drove home with a new SUV. No Surprises or crazy hidden fees. At the time of purchase my vehicle only had one key so Chris promised to get me second one.
