Stay Away - stay far away from Nelson Mazda – These guys only get one star because that is the lowest this site allows. Nelson Mazda deserves negative stars. They are lairs and cheats, they will say one thing and do another and try to get the GM on the phone, like nailing Jello to a wall. The whole organization sucks. Dishonest liars and cheats!!! – No one should buy from this dealer ship they are liars and cheats. I bought a car one month ago and paided 6900 in cash and still owed the dealership 1500, as a single mom they told they would help me finance the rest of the car. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! – First of all, the only reason they get 1 star is because you have to put a star to post a review. My husband and I just purchased a used car from here. The car, being used had a few scratches and dents. The worst thing was that the bumper was not completely attatched to the car. The places where the bolts go on both sided were broken so the only thing holding the bumper on were the plastic clips. BEWARE – We took our Mazda to Nelson Mazda just to have two extra keys made after purchasing a used Mazda at another dealership. Since then we have been getting hang-up calls from an 866 793 0152, a marketing company hired by Nelson Mazda! Thanks SO much! The reward for doing business with them is telephone harasment!
This is the best dealership around! – Let me preface all of this by saying that we have had terrible experiences with other local dealers in the past so we were a bit leery of going into the dealership to look for a new car. They will do anything to get your purchase and they will even go out of their way to screw you over- classy, huh? I'll put it this way: make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing from these people.
