Nelsons labs does not value their employees. I can tell by reading all the one star reviews that most regret their time working for this company. A decade doesn't get you anywhere in this place. More then ready to close this chapter. You don't deserve HALF the good employees you do have left. And you sure as hell didn't deserve to have HIM for as long as you did. This is the worst place to work. Turnover rate is BAD. They also make their employees work overtime and Saturdays!!!
Recently interviewed for an order processing specialist. Coming from another lab with prior experience, I asked for $20 an hour in my initial application. After a long, almost two hour interview the hiring manager informed me he could only pay $17 an hour, and shifts may vary based on need and capacity, as in you may need to work later than scheduled and on holidays.
