Was given an appointment card to be turned away because the front desk never logged it into the computer.
Showed up for my confirmed appointment. Was turned away saying I had none. Front desk said they called my work, but I'm on vacation so they canceled my appointment. But I confirmed via their text portal, so why cancel my appointment? Then the front desk girl said they only worked 3 hours yesterday when I mentioned I confirmed within 20 mins of the text.
