Jesse help me negotiated and get a near 500k house in Lacey with seller cover all closing cost plus a bunch of costly repair, not sure how he pulled it off. We have seen probably 5-6 properties before we decided to get this one, he is honest and call out deficiencies in the house as he saw them. Highly recommend.

Jesse was an amazing realtor! He was super responsive and made sure we were taken care of along the way. He helped up set up a strong offer for a really hot house that had just hit the market. We were able to get our offer accepted the same day we put it in! Since we had been out of state, he went to see the house for us and video called us to look around. Jesse was also kind enough to hold onto our keys for us and even brought us a welcome basket! I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!
