Service manager is experienced and knowledgeable. The team handled several service issues and maintenance with my vehicle very quickly. I definitely recommend Nelson GMC service team.

I left my car there for three days to find out that the part to fix my car was ordered, cancelled, reordered, and it took a week to get the part. Luckily I was able to drive my car during this time but customer service was terrible. I had to call to keep checking up on the status of my car and the where abouts of the part even though I was told I would be called. I had my car serviced there as well. I had to wait a week to get my car fixed and saw no “sorry it took so long” or no break on the service cost. I was very disappo... read more
