Having my vehicle serviced, I noticed it was sitting in the parking lot. I waited for about 30 minutes and then I went and asked the service advisor the status and he said he was on the phone. When I did notice my truck sitting there, I checked the app and it said it was last updated 22 minutes ago, which meant I waited an additional approximately 50 minutes for no reason.
