A great experience, Cody was great the sales manager and finance manager,all were very friendly. Best part is I was sure I wasn't buying anything today, Well we purchased a 2026 Terrain AT4. We're going to love it.
Very disappointed with this purchase. I purchased it for my son for his 16th birthday he was very excited. Come to find out that this 2024 GMC AT4 had been through hail damage and I was not told about this. Found out by my auto body shop that we use when we have an issue with any vehicle. After they inspected it they called me in to show me what they had found roof of the pickup and sides had hail damage. I had a good experience buying my vehicle at Nelson. Isaac is new on his job but was understood good customer service and was responsive to my needs and communicated well with me.
I go to Nelson Ford for my routine oil changes. I appreciate how clean the oil changing bay always is and the Crew of guys are a pleasure to do business with. Always cheerful and accommodating, willing to listen and answer any questions I have and provide professional answers. Fun and educated guys to do business with. Hats off to Eric.
