Worst experience ever. I still have numbness in my lower lip from my tooth extraction from a year ago. He broke bones, and the area kept getting infected. I was prescribed antibiotics 3 times. Once for the initial infection that caused me not to be able to open my mouth. The second set of antibiotics was for the abcess that happened a week later. The 3rd round of antibiotics was given, because the extraction area was still infected. When I called the office about my pain, I was told I just need to finish the antibiotics. l l... read more
My experience with Dr. Nelson was terrible in every way. It was worse than any nightmare that I've ever had. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted and 2 additional teeth by him. The first thing I noticed that was wrong was that he did not schedule a consultation before the surgery. The office staff said "we don't have consultations for wisdom teeth". I tried to explain that I was having additional teeth removed other than the wisdom teeth, but they insisted that I would not have a consultation. Not wanting to cause any problems, I ... read more
