Breaking down is never by choice but Nelson's made it easier. Very friendly, professional & affordable. If we ever break down again, in their servicing area, we'll definitely call them.
Emailed AAA because car wouldn't start. Three minutes later Travis called to say he was on his way. Three more minutes and he arrived. Within 5 minutes he tightened the loose posts on my battery, gave it a little charge and my car started just fine. He was friendly, polite and personable. Fifteen minutes from the time I notified AAA, my car was back in service! Wonderful job, Travis! Thank you!
