I think my last landlord was so bad that my experience here was honestly just average. Currently renting from them at Menlo Gardens (so I may update this when I leave) and so far it's just okay. Pros - Landlord is very hands off. This company tried to court us for a townhouse with another person in line ahead of us. So they had us view the spot while it was actively being processed for someone else without our knowledge. But who would want to know that, right? Do not recommend.
Communication is almost nonexistant, unless they need somethi g from you. When you can get help, the team is practically useless! We needed the fridge to be replaced as it didnt work. They came in while no one was home, without notification, and left all of our food on the counter in mid summer and left our door unlocked. The management company at Nelson Family Property are impossible to get a hold of, for anything, no matter how many messages you leave, or how urgent the matter is. However, they are insistent if they need anything from you. Might as well call your own repair company if you need anything to be done.
Horrible property management who doesn't care about their tenants. If you need maintenance done in the apartment, good luck getting the maintenance man to come out and take a look. They never answer their phone and are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to contact, I submitted NUMEROUS maintenance requests while living here and NONE ever got completed or even responded to.
