Front office staff and office manager are the worst. Rude and unprofessional
Dr. Nelson is a calm, relaxing, Southern lady. No high brow here, she is natural, no put on. She talks to you like a real person, not shoving you out the door.
I have been going to Dr. Nelson for a couple of years. I mostly went because my mother went to her. I just saw her today for my annual. I felt that I was being attacked the entire time. I was chastised for not having a boyfriend and not finding Mr. Right in college. I got teased for her having to use a smaller instrument because I was so tense. She asked me how old I would be when I got out of my masters program and said at least you won't completely be an old maid and might still have kids...
