If you are referred to this firm RUN! This firm is the most disorganized and inconsistent excuse for a law firm I've ever dealt with. We used Nelson Eldercare to probate my mother's estate. It cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $4200 for a very simple probate involving a single money market account. Sixteen months later and a comedy of errors and the case is still pending. We've been unable to get a straight answer as to the problem. I would never recommend this firm.

Josh ****** and the entire staff has been very helpful and responsive in creating and personalizing a complete financial protection plan for my mother. I reside overseas, but the firm made it very easy for us to review and approve documents virtually. The firm also offers excellent planning tools for veterans and retired military members. Highly recommended!
